BOOKING DETAILS
➤ HOW LONG IS THE HIRE DURATION?
Up to 4 hours. If you’d like to leave earlier, please give us 1 hour’s notice.
➤ IS TRAVEL INCLUDED?
Yes, for Central, North, and East London. Other areas incur a £0.50/mile (x4) charge.
➤ WHAT IF IT RAINS?
We don’t offer refunds for bad weather, but we can reschedule for free (subject to availability). Be sure to have a backup location ready.
➤ CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE SETUP?
Absolutely! Let us know your preferences, and we’ll personalize your picnic to suit your occasion.
➤ CAN I EXTEND MY HIRE?Yes subject to availability. Please inform us in advance, and additional fees may apply.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES
➤ IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
Yes, a 50% booking deposit is required to secure your hire and serves as a security deposit. Full payment is due 72 hours before your event.Additionally a £100 refundable deposit is required. This will be returned to your bank within 5-7 days, provided that all the items are returned to in their original condition with no damages or missing pieces. Any damages or lost items may result in a partial or full deduction from the £100 deposit.
➤ DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS?
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
➤ WHEN IS FULL PAYMENT DUE?
Full payment must be made 72 hours before your picnic date.
➤ HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I BOOK FOR?
Our packages are flexible—we can accommodate both small and large groups.
➤ WHAT IF I’M LATE?
Your booking time starts as scheduled. If you arrive late, the end time remains the same. Please let us know ASAP.
If you’re more than 30 minutes late, we may pack up without a refund.
➤ WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY EVENT ENDS?
We’ll arrive at the agreed time to pack up. If you need to leave earlier, please give us 1 hour’s notice.
➤ DO YOU DO ROMANTIC PROPOSAL SETUPS?
Yes! We can create a romantic, personalized setup for your special moment.
➤ CAN I RESCHEDULE MY BOOKING?
Rescheduling within 48 hours is not guaranteed or refundable, but we’ll do our best to accommodate. Let us know ASAP.
➤ DO YOU ALSO PROVIDE BALLOONS?
We’ve partnered with a skilled team that creates stunning bespoke balloon and floral backdrops. Their designs elevate your venue with elegance and vibrant colours.
They also offer unique props in various styles, perfect for creating a memorable event. Prices start at £695 for setups with balloons and £350 without.
➤ HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
We suggest booking at least two weeks ahead to ensure availability.
While we may be able to accommodate last-minute bookings, we strongly recommend securing your date as early as possible.
This is especially important during peak season (April–August), as availability is very limited and dates fill up quickly. Booking in advance helps avoid disappointment and ensures you get the setup you want.
➤ CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR DRINKS?
Yes, you can bring your own food and drinks. However, we do not allow outside furniture or decor, as our setups are designed to match our own style.
